I want to know if there is a way to create a searchable cache which gets sync with database changes automatically? Means if there is any update to DB and that might affect cached entries in searchable cache.. is there any way we can trigger cache reload ?

There is 2 parts to your question
a) Creating a searchable cache - http://ehcache.org/documentation/apis/search

b) How do you keep a cache in sync with the DB.
