Senior QA/Performance Engineer:
Did you take apart your parent's stereo when you were a kid just to see how it worked? Do you try to find continuity problems every movie you see? Are you aggressive about tracking down and exposing issues. If that's you and you meet most of the below criteria send us your resume careers@terracottatech.com.

* Can write and understand multi-threaded java
* Love to find problems, break things, and track down and reproduce problems
* Work well both individually and in a team
* Love learning new frameworks, tools etc.

Senior Server Engineer:

Have you written or worked on the insides of a database, distributed system, messaging system? Do you love hard problems and working hard both in a group and on your own? Does multi-threaded and or asynchronous programming make you smile? If that's you and you meet most of the below criteria send us your resume careers@terracottatech.com.

* Understand issues around fault tolerance and scale-out

We often have positions in both the field and engineering for super integrators. People who love the ideas behind what we do, know a lot about app servers, frameworks, and our users in general and can do things like tune, integrate, evangelize and extend our product.
