One more issue we encountered, if only for completeness:

When writing to the public contact email address given on Terracotta's "Contact Us" page, info@terracottatech.com, we received an automated response whose 'From:' address was ex2010Admin@softwareag.com, in part stating:

Code:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:

 info@terracottatech.com
Your message can't be delivered because delivery to this address is restricted.

Perhaps worth checking onthis as well, if that behavior is still present and isn't intended. Thanks again!
This problem appears to have been corrected, at least as of 4:00 pm Pacific Daylight time today (2014-07-10). We can now once again access Ehcache artifacts in the terracotta.org Maven repo.

Thanks to those who worked on this for your fast response, whether to this posting or otherwise!
As of this writing, on July 10, 2014, when visiting http://www.terracotta.org/download/ or any of the URLs we've tried beginning with that stem, a "503 Service Temporarily Unavailable" response was returned.

This is blocking product downloads by evaluators / potential customers, but also Maven-driven builds, using Maven repos (and indirectly, mirror repos) for Terracotta's libraries, that use URLs beginning with http://www.terracotta.org/download/reflector/...

As Teresa noted when we spoke by phone today, http://www.terracotta.org/downloads/ (with a trailing 's') works. But the old URLs are still relied upon in builds.
