We are using Ehcach Go vs 2.7.4 and Big memory Go 4.0.4 and in a production environment we recently saw this error. It didnt crash the server, but the app got in a state that meant a system restart was required. Can anyone shed any light on what the cause of this error was?

Did your issue solved. I am also facing same issue on HPUX machine. Can you please confirm.
