I have imported the Terracotta Examinator project release 1.4.2.
But was unable to find the tc-config.xml configuration file.

Kindly let me know where to find the same.

Examinator works with Terracotta installation. So if you don't have your tc-config.xml then it will use the default one which comes with terracotta distribution.
