hello.
I have started my terracotta server at localhost
here is my config:

         <web-application>Cart</web-application>
         <web-application>DepartmentTaskList</web-application>
 </web-applications>

then I want to join another webapp in my terracotta server.
so, I have to reboot my server now? or Is there any another way to do this?

I'm not sure if you're ware of our session configurator. It's a GUI tool to help you with testing and setting up your webapp with Terracotta.

It can be found under $TC/tools/sessions/sessions-configurator.sh

You can import your webapp to this tool and deploy it with tomcat.

Which container are you using? I think you will also find the following link very useful (this is for Tomcat but the steps are very similar for other containers as well):
