Hi,

we are using terracotta 3.0.0 with spring, hibernate second level cache on JBOSS server. We are facing issues as Criteria cache is not getting replicated, but HQL query cache is getting replicated.

Does terracotta provide paid support for installation or operation of terracotta. If yes then where can we contact them to buy such kind of support.
