$TC_INSTALL_DIR/dso/bin/make-boot-jar.sh
make sure you delete existing boot-jar files before running this command

Here:
./bin/make-boot-jar.sh --config samples/tc-config.xml
You can also do:
./bin/make-boot-jar.sh --help
- to print the syntax and options available for make-boot-jar
